1 John 2:5 "But those who obey God's word truly show how completely they love him. That is how we know we are living in him."
It is so easy to say we are Christians, but trying to live according to God's Word isn't as easy. If we love God it will show in our actions. That doesn't mean we will never mess up. It simply means that we will do our best to do as God tells us to. We won't use God's grace as an excuse to sin.
Dear Lord,
Thank You for being Who You are! Please, help me not just say I'm a Christian, but help me act like I'm a Christian too. Let my actions glorify You! In Jesus' Name. Amen.
